Are you sure you filled everything, even the option: Cache Tweets in every X hours?
When I add a number to the cache option, the feed gets removed altogether and the site layout gets affected. When I remove the number and leave it blank, the site resolves back to normal and the twitter feed now displays ‘Please fill all widget settings!’ So either way, it is not working for me. I have filled in all the other parts.
Remove the tp_twitter_plugin_tweets field content completely in http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php and save changes.
Set caching time again to let’s say 2 hours. Also please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin.
