Please Fix Localization Issues

    Hi Developer,

    I already localized this awesome plugin to zh_TW completely, but I found several L10N issues.

    • This plugin’s translation project is out-of-date. Please update it according to the newest code.
    • One message is missing localization, it is “Notify Search Engines about your sitemap or your main sitemap and all sub-sitemaps now.”.
    • Please fix the links existing in this plugin, most of them don’t work.
    • Please remove old zh_TW translations from plugin install file, all translations are not qualified. When the above are done, I’ll update all translations to plugin translation project so that zh_TW translation files are pushed to sites automatically.
