Please fix the issue

This is a super plugin and started working in no time.

But I am facing the below problem. If it is solved, I will surely give a 5 star.

I am using this plugin on my website [ link redacted, please do not post links in reviews ] and after every 5 minutes my chat plugin disappears from the front end. When I check the dashboard, it shows the below error.

“Your current chat widget is:

undefined

Would you like to switch widgets?”

Again I have to click on “Pick a Widget” link and select the widget in use. Then the plugin starts appearing automatically in front end. But wait for 5 min and its gone again.

I mean how many time we have to pick the widget in a day???

Please fix the issue and confirm.
