If you have removed the theme then you should be able to open twenty ten theme may be you are cache press Ctrl+F5 and see if twenty ten theme opens.
I appreciate the reply, however it did not work. I still get the same error code as before. Any other suggestions?
Is this t1town folder in wp-content/themes folder
I just checked and it is in the themes folder. Is there a way from the FTP client to make this one come up?

Using ftp rename that folder to t1town-hold then try to log in as this should open your twenty ten theme.
The theme is broken has error in functions.php file.
YAY-I did get into the admin panel. But the site is not coming up. So there is an error in the T1 Town theme?
I can not even get the twenty ten theme to show up.
How would l correct the functions.php file?
