Please, be sure you have enabled the IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) in your PayPal Sandbox, or PayPal does not notify the payments to the website, and the store is not able to identify the sold products. Please, watch the video tutorial visiting the following link:

Note that the PayPal and PayPal Sandbox are separated accounts, you need to enabling the IPN in both.

I entered this address in the plugin configuration: [email protected]
This account is from sandbox.paypal and is a business account.
Then i used another sandbox account to make the payment.
But at the time of making the purchase, the same message continues to appear:
There is no product associated with the entered data
In the account: [email protected]
the IPN option is enabled.

The issue you’re reporting occurs in te following cases:
– The ipn has not been enabled in the PayPal account of the seller.
– The payment status is different to “completed” in the seller’s account (please, check the payment status in the ipn history of your PayPal account)
– Your web server is blocking the ipn calls from PayPal.
