Please help

Hi, i recently downloaded your scanner plugin and ran a scan. on finishing, the scanner showed a suspicious file as a scanner php, and i clicked delete. After this i got a internal server error so i tried to reload the page and now have a fatal error on loading my site. i noticed in the ftp that the folder your plugin resides in deleted itself, so i am assuming the suspicious file was your scanner? please help me get my site back. thankyou
