    Check your database – see if your posts are still there.

    Access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel), check all of the tables, and choose “Repair tables” from the pull-down menu.

    In phpMyadmin i get this message

    Table ‘./alan1_wrdp7/wp_posts’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired

    How do I repair it?

    Sorry – got it – post all back

    thanks – feel as if I got my life back

    What can I do as a back up in case make sure I do not lose all my posts?
