Please help achieving effect

First of all let me tell that you are a genios, your plugin it is just awesome.

Could you please help me to achieve the following? I created 4 pages, on each page I have 4 sections. I would like to make an scrolling transition like this one: http://thawkdigital.com/#home but I don´t know how, I have played around but still everytime I scroll down the transition I get is not very smoth. I would greatly appreciate if you teach me how to achieve this.
