    please I did a backup of my website with you guys and now when I try to restore (both in files or address) it fails. Please I need so much your help.

    Hello @claudiacurtibijoux ,

    The link that you used for super-quick migration doesn’t seem to be correct, there is no backup file reachable by it.

    Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run the Restore. You can do all of this in the plugin section “Manage & Restore backups”.
