PLEASE HELP – Fatal error Upon Plugin Installation

Hi I’m trying to install the ‘Traffic Getting SEO Plugin’ buy Jeff Johnson. I’ve uploaed it fine, but when i activate it it comes up with:

Site error: the file /home2/makingin/public_html/cataxlawyer/wp-content/plugins/seo-blog/core.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Whats the best way to do this. I’m the site administrator…right? and i am installing it…

Any help will be appreciated.
