I cannot even log into my localhost site anymore. I have no idea what went wrong

I am sorry to hear that you are getting an error.
Few questions before further investigation.
1. Did you get some kind of error on import/export ?
2. Did you use find & replace functionality?
3. Could you please use the report an error link on the import page after the import/export fails?
This way I will receive the exact error that is happening on your server and will be able to provide you with assistance.

1. No, both times I got messages saying it was successful.
2. All I did was export my localhost wordpress and import the zip to my live site. I did not use find & replace.
3. If my localhost site was working I would.
My live site was restored by the server host but my localhost site is totally lost. Which I don’t know you can help me with.
