Please help! Login page

Hi! I love your plugin. However I’ve run into a problem. I have security plugin running on my site, and have changed the login page to a unique url. Now when I go to log in, all that presents is my “maintenance mode” page. Is there a way I can work around this? Or perhaps delete the plugin from my hosting account. Is that a safe way to remove your plugin?
