please help me with xml feeds

Hi..

im new here and still learning. Alot of strange words i came across after i start wordpress and slowly learning.

now i have this problem. In my site, i try to incorporate xml feeds from a affliate partner
they give me link like this

The mainURL to use is…(the xxx is the affliate company name, masked it as its for a betting site)
http://feeds.xxxxxxxx.com/oxi/external/dbPublish
and then they give example like

1) Get the Classes (do this rarely)
feeds.xxxxxxxxx.com/oxi/external/dbPublish?action=template&template=getClasses
2) Get the Events for the class in interest (do this often)
feeds.xxxxxxx.com/oxi/external/dbPublish?action=template&template=getEventsByClass&class=110000006
3) Get the marketsand prices for the event in interest to use on an odds comparison grid (do this as often as required)
feeds.xxxxxxxxx.com/oxi/external/dbPublish?action=template&template=getEventDetails&event=215360517

with all this.. what should i do next so the feeds i want can reflect in my page. The class/event all i can obtain from theur page.

but where and how do i start now.. pls help
