Please — don’t use ALL CAPS in your title. It’s like SHOUTING. And you don’t get extra points for exclamations.

    Hello there @spotdiecontrole,

I’ve just tested that in my end and seems to work well.
Could you please inform me about the followings:

    a) Have you enabled the Advanced menu protection add-on? If so, which setting do you use exactly?

    b) What’s the exact protection rules you use? Are you restricting single menu items with membership levels?

As this can also be happening due to some conflict, please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. Please keep a website backup, prior to this, so you can rest assure that you don’t lose any kind of settings during the test.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hello @spotdiecontrole,

it’s been a while since we’ve heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Feel free to post back here, if more assistance is required and we can re-open it and continue troubleshooting. 🙂

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
