im not too technical. Trying to follow instructions.
Confused as to how to change secret keys
The security keys can be found in your wp-config.php file.
Editing wp-config.php
You can generate new random keys here if you like:

Those secret keys are in your wp-config file which you will need to access through ftp. The mysql users password and the ftp password will need to be reset from the cpanel. You’ll want to do some reading on your hosts forums on how to change those. For resetting the keys in wordpress, download the file wp-config.php in your ftp program, open it and find the section on key “salts”. Copy a randomly generated key from https://api.ww.wp.xz.cn/secret-key/1.1/salt/ and paste it over top of the salts that were there. Save, and upload back to the server. If you’re not confident with that, you can probably get someone to do all of that for you for $75 on http://jobs.wordpress.net/
