Please Help OceanWp links

I installed OceanWp and setup and used the TPG grid layout on my Home page, originally the ReadMore would send you to the post now the Read More just sends you to the top of the page?? what did I do?? I have only been building for a couple months and I am still trying to figure this all out but got stuck on this one…thank you
