Please help. Tried everything, still broken.

I have tried everything I can find in the support forums but I still can not get this to work. The first page/form shows up fine but when I fill out the form and click next all I get is a Box with a green border saying that the email was sent successfully and #wpcf7-f5731-p5746-o1 added to the URL. It does not forward to the next page in the form.

I am running 1.4 of your plug in.
3.9.3 of Contact form 7.
and Version 4 of WordPress.

Tried this
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘http://yourdomain.com/page2/’&#8217;;”
and this:
on_sent_ok: “location.replace(’http://yourdomain.com/page2/’);”

Retyped from the copy to make sure I didn’t have malformed quotation marks and apostrophes due to copying and pasting.

cf7msm.js is showing in my source.

I have the use-google-libraries plug-in installed.

I am kind of at my wits end.
The site is live but the form is not.
