Target by URL Stopped Working

    I don’t know what happened. I logged on to my site one day and the plugin no longer works. I have this installed for years. I can’t figure it out.

    I deactivated all of my plugins except WC and still nothing.

    any idea what is happening?

    Target by URL does not work.

    edit: Realized the problem is target by url
