Open QuietSkin.php and search for:

and change it to:

Yes, I have solved this issue by manually deleting the folder ocean-extra then uploaded fresh plugin files from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ocean-extra/

I had the same problem after updating WP, and I solved it by degrading the wp version first, then updated the Ocean Extra plug-in. Maybe the degradation step was not necessary, but, better make sure not to produce a major error.

Delete Ocean Extra Plugin manually from FTP or File Manager. Then re-add manually via same way. Download Link
1. login to your cpanel
2. go to file manager
3. look for wp-content folder, then plugin folder
4. Delete ocean extra
5. download ocean-extra,
6. upload ocean-extra to the same folder above
7. extract

Borrando la carpeta del plugin manualmente desde el host.
Luego pude entrar sin problemas.
