You do not need to do anything when the game starts. Your next action occurs when the match ENDS because you should edit it, stating the result of it and checking the option “Match finished”.
You can test the plugin anticipating the kickoff of Brazil vs. Croatia and launching any result for this game. After taking the tests, just edit again, returning the lead to 0-0 and unchecking the option “Match finished”.
The menus “Predictions by Match” and “Predictions of User” only show anything after you create the pages.

I am running it in the test mode, it appears that the users are able to predict those matches I have set as finished in Matches menu. Please verify this by creating a test account. Also let me know how to set the timezone to prevent this.
I did not understand your question. What the page is blank?
As users are able to make predictions, if you not changed the match date, it is normal that users continue making predictions it, because regardless of match is marked as completed, the only restriction for performing predictions is the date and time of match.

I have used the code [world-cup-predictor scores=-1] and now the Prediction of users menu is working. Please tell me what time zone I need to set and where exactly? [The local timezone for my country is GMT+5.30]
The time is displayed according to the time in your browser. You don’t should to change the time of matches.
