We want to help you as quickly as possible. Before creating a new support topic, please take a moment to follow these steps:- Check Documentation and Demo
Start by checking our documentation and demo site. Many common questions are already answered there: - Search our support forums and ww.wp.xz.cn forums.
There’s a good chance someone has already solved the same issue you’re facing. - Enable Debug Mode
Debug mode helps us understand what’s going wrong. Here’s how to enable it:
- Go to WPFactory > EU VAT > Advanced tab then turn on the Debug option
- Look for any error messages (see screenshot).
- If you see IP_Blocking in the debug report, which is related to the VIES system itself, you can fix it by doing the following.
- Even if the errors don’t make sense to you, they help us diagnose the problem faster.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts
Sometimes other plugins can cause conflicts. Please try:- Temporarily deactivate other plugins, especially caching plugins and Clear all caches on your site
- If you’re using block-based checkout, enable this option: WPFactory > EU VAT > Advanced tab > Checkout block field
- What to Include in Your Support Post
To help us help you faster, please include: Your plugin version, WordPress version, Any error messages you found and What you’ve already tried to fix the issue. The more details you provide, the quicker we can solve your problem. - Important Note for PRO Users
