We’d love to help you resolve any issues you run into using our plugin as quickly as possible. Here’s a few steps you can take to help speed this process along.
Please provide details. The more the better.
For example: Did your issue happen upon a fresh install of the plugin or an upgrade from a previous version (and which one)?- Take a screenshot of your settings pages and link to it using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
- Paste in the shortcode you’re using.
It’s extremely helpful if you can put up a test page (or multiple pages) and link the issue you’re having so we can take a look. -
Let us know if you’ve already tested for theme and plugin conflicts.
