    To ensure we can provide you with the quickest possible resolution, please follow these steps before opening a support ticket:

    1. Check our documentation for potential solutions to your issue.
    2. Verify that you are using the latest versions of Divi Torque, WordPress, and Divi theme.
    3. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this resolves the issue, gradually reactivate each plugin until you identify the problematic one.
    4. If you are using a caching plugin, deactivate it or purge the cache.
    5. Change your WordPress theme to TwentySixteen or another default theme.
    6. Edit the wp-config.php file in your WordPress root folder and set WP-DEBUG to true.

    If you have followed all of these steps and are still experiencing difficulties, please follow these steps to open a support ticket:

    1. Provide a detailed description of the issue and what led to it.
    2. If you suspect a specific theme or plugin caused the issue, please provide the name and URL of the theme/plugin.
    3. Include your system information, which can be found in Divi > Support Center > System Status. Please use Pastebin to paste this information and send it to us.
