Please READ THIS before asking

First of all: thanks for using my plugin.
I really appreciate that you are one of my valued users.

Before you post a new thread here, please consider the following:

1) Bug report
If you’ve found a bug, it is likely that I will need more details like the address of your website, maybe a read only access to your GTM account, stuff that does not belong to a public forum.

In case you want to report a bug, I would suggest to go directly to:

… and select ‘I found a bug’ from the Subject drop down.

2) Other support requests
If your question is more about Google Tag Manager and “how should I setup” please note that I can offer free support for those questions very limited. If your question can be answered quickly it is OK however for more complex questions I would prefer if you hire me.

Why pay?

Well, as you can see the plugin itself is free and I am NOT a huge fan of free+premium versions. This also means that I have limited time to work on the plugin. The primer goal of the plugin is to create a toolset for those who are already familiar with Google Tag Manager. If you are committed to use new technology like GTM I would be happy to help you but you have to understand that I can not do this for free for everyone.

But I would not ask if there would be how-to articles on you site

Sure, I agree but writing such articles takes some time and it is hard to
– answer each support question
– keep development in progress
– write articles

… without being paid.

My goal is to keep the plugin free and offer paid support for complex questions. Some of you already hired me, they already know I am not that expensive man.

And one more thing

If you are posting a strange behavior on your site that might be related to my plugin, I can not help you if you do not post the address of your website so please post your domain name next to your question.
