I am getting the “please rebuild cache” message even after successfully rebuilding the cache. Website is http://dotrat.com/shop/ – any suggestions or possible logs I could provide you? I have tried reading your previous posts and to my knowledge have no cache services like W3 or overwise running on the site.

Any help would be great!

could you please check the page where the shortcode [spreadplugin] is located and check if it’s still in there?
You’re not on godaddy, right?

I am on GoDaddy and the shortcode is still in place…

please disable/deactivate cache on godaddy – contact their support please

Called GoDaddy support – no form of caching on my site. They restarted all processes on the server – still no luck.
