Please recommend – Pay to use multisite plugin

I’m looking for a plugin (free or payed) that will allow me to do the following:
1] install WP with multisite (not plugin related)
2] enable users to register for their own “blog” (already in WPMS)
3] enable me to set 14 or 30 day free trial, after 14 days start billing monthly/quarterly/yearly
4] enable payments via PayPal or bank transfer (manually)
5] possible automatic or manual to-from date setting for the single site to come offline (not delete) if the payment is outstanding or manual date has been reached.
6] payment reminders

Also for this project I will need the subsite administration to show only *one* of the WP left menu categories, nothing else. For example only pages and the “subadmin” cannot change anything else.
