Please remove my name from the code

This is code theft of an original version I made and still maintain. The code in this plugin will not work as-is using blockchain.info due to “Global Reach, LLC” (Who is the same person as “isnickl” btw – trying to boost his own rating) re-using old code that belonged to me (still has my name on it) and simply re-styled it for his own website.

This old code has a bug which is exposed in 3.9 and causes thousands of requests to fire off rapidly in the dashboard, thus getting your IP banned within a matter of days. The process to get your IP unbanned is cumbersome and this is why I have since improved the original plugin to use a more robust API source (and eliminated the rapid requests from within the dashboard).
