    Why won’t you refund my order as agreed, your system never worked and you said you would refund me but now you are just ignoring my emails and tickets, it is completely unprofessional. This is not your money to keep.

    I have received my refund, thank you. I understand now it was just a clerical error, please delete my post, I have Marked it now as resolved

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
