Please stop the spamming

    Months ago I installed this as a test. The spam began shortly after. Each time I click the unsubscribe in the email and it verifies my address has been removed. Yet it continues to come in.

    Please honor your unsubscribes. At this point I won’t work with your company for any reason.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the troubling experience you have had. This is not something that we want our users to experience.

    A couple of days ago, we had an issue with our email provider which led to them sending one email multiple times to the users. This was however fixed at their end.

    Would you be kind enough to send me the details to pritesh<at>malcare.com and I will personally look into the details and ensure that none of our future users have a similar experience.

    I pledge to look and resolve this. Look forward to your help and co-operation.
