If you’d like me to keep producing free and open source software or if you use this plugin and find it useful then please consider paying for an hour of my time. I’ll spend two hours on open source for each contribution.
Thank you.
Really?! You want me to pay you 100 euros to check that your plugin works with the latest WordPress version and so remove the warning message?
It is not to just check that it works with the latest version of WordPress. It is 3 years out of date and requires updating for the latest version of WooCommerce.
Version 3 of WooCommerce has significant changes which affect the products and I know there are issues that need addressing and not just a version bump.
If you want the plugin to work again and give up my time in order to update then yeah I require contributions.
Not everything is free and I did say I would spend 2 hours with each contribution.
I am happy to continue supporting this plugin but I need support to.
Thank you for your consideration.
I think 100 euros is too much for one person to pay so I will find an alternative solution.
Thanks
100 euros for 2 hours is not alot. 50 euros an hour is the lowest rate of pay for web development. Any lower and the quality of the work is also reduced but good luck to you.
My point is that it is a lot for one person.
He tried to get me to pay him for an update i asked for as well.
Im not going to pay for an update that all the users will benefit from.
If you don’t want to be a plugin developer, then don’t be one?
If you both want to split fifty|fifty with your contributions you can do that. I will then work on it this weekend.
Hey Sebastien, Why not get it updated and sell it for 5 euros? I am sure it will sell like hotcakes and then the load is shared across all of your users . . . and you will make more money too!
