Please upgrade the plugin to PHP-8

    Hello there, my plugin is not working on site properly because my server is upgraded to PHP8 since 1st March, and since then the plugin is not working because of the latest version of PHP.

    Please upgrade the plugin version so it works well. I contacted to my hosting provider to downgrade the server PHP version but they said its not possible. So please solve this PHP issue as soon as possible?

    We did perform some tests and our plugin Custom Payment Gateways for WooCommerce worked fine with PHP 8 and PHP 8.1

    Do you have any specific errors or log which can help us to debug this further?

    btw, here are the versions used for testing:

    • WordPress – 6.1.1
    • WooCommerce – 7.4.1
    • Custom Payment Gateways for WooCommerce – 1.6.6

    Actually the fee we added in plugin settings, its not working properly since then the server PHP gets updated. And they suggested us to contact you because its the PHP update error.

    hi Dhruvin,

    this is the owner of 2 sites that use your plug in on both sites.

    we have used your plug in to add custom 5% GST tax fee to customer purchases, and so since this feature stopped working on both sites when our host upgraded to PHP 8, we are loosing revenue/profit from each order.

    so can you please do this testing and resolve asap please?

    We have released an update to the Pro version of the plugin that will solve this problem.

    For anyone else facing this problem, the issue was with the Pro version of the plugin and if you are still facing the issue then please write to us on our website and we can take it ahead from there.
