Please wait… Authenticating (forever)

    I have the Premium version and have been trying to communicate with support for 2 weeks now. We made some progress but now we’re just getting “Please wait…Authenticating” when we try to connect our IG and that never goes away. I can’t get seem to get support to reply further. Anyone have a fix for this? If not, we’re going to have to jump ship and find a new plugin. Our IG feed cannot be broken for this long.
