Hi,
Since you say you make use of NGINX, I need you to clarify whether you’re using LSCache Plugin for WordPress and if you do, how it is deployed. Then, I’d need further clarification of your issue with specific examples.
Thank you.

Okay, yes I make use of the plugin, I clear cache by clicking Purge all

Or just give me the add_action code to stop the filename from changing, So it be the query that will change when I purge all, so I can set a default file name, for example, blog.css, blog.js with only query change when I purge all cache. Thanks, because, this alone is causing a lot of issues on search console. Thanks, I will be waiting for the code or guide.

Done, sorry for the late reply. nothing changed, but at times the file name completely change, and the old URLs becomes 404.

Not sure, maybe, maybe not. I make use of custom CSS in the customizer admin panel.
