plug in

Hello everyone,
i have installed a slideshow plug in on my site, and i included it to be displayed in a post. but the slide show displays only after i click “read more” .
I want this slideshow at the top of the page, under the header, and i don’t need this “read more”.
Can anyone help me to fix this ?
