  • Hi @erinsumm – apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    ​Could you please try to manually download the plugin from our site and you may need to access the site files either via FTP or directly and browse to wp-content/plugins/ and then delete the popup-maker folder manually. After that, reinstall the plugin the normal way and let us know if that works now?
