plug-in column customizer not working

Hi There

My site: lozatam.com

the column customizer is not working. if you go to lozatam.com/shop/african-print-headbands

you will notice that the default is still a single column. i have to select the grid option for it to show 3 columns. I downloaded the plugin and selected 3 columns with a max of 9 products per page. None of this is working
