Plug in disappeared

    Hi,

    I downloaded and set up the plug-in to my temporary domain hosted on godaddy. But the plug in has just disappeared from my list. When I try to reinstall it I get the error message “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Hey Bryan,

    Can you please try deleting the plugin using FTP or File Manager and then installing it again? Let us know if that resolves the issue. Also, please check with your web host the exact version of PHP installed on your server.
