Plug in does not track conversions

    Hello, I am currently using the free version of the affiliate plugin and was considering switching to the paid version.

    However during the trial of the free version, affiliate sales were not tracked. To be exact, only one sale was tracked a year ago, and then not anymore.

    We know for sure that other sales were made from affiliate links, because multiple customers recently told us they made an order through those affiliate websites. How can I check that everything is working properly? Thanks

    Could you share with us the affiliate registration link? So we can register and check if the affiliate cookie is generated correctly on your site. This is essential for commissions to be generated.

    Hello Juan,

    thank you for the information. We do not have a registration link since we manually add the affiliates (our program at the moment is not open and we review the potential affiliation one by one).

    Also, we noticed the following in our dashboard: we have a conversion rate different from 0 for one of our affiliates but in the reporting section we do not see the related orders. As we shared before we only see an old order from an other affiliate.

    Can you please share an email so that I can add you manually as affiliate?

    Hello Federica.

    I just logged into your site and I see that the affiliate cookie is being generated correctly. So the problem may be due to the configuration, or a conflict with another plugin/theme. Have you managed to verify the configuration presented in our database as I mentioned above?

    If you have already done so and the problem persists, I recommend performing the following tests to see if at some point the problem disappears:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2024.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that is in conflict.

    Could you check it, please?
