Plug In Does Not Work

    I have installed the Plug In on a Multi-Site wordpress environment. Plug in has been enabled in the universal plug-on area, and tall the settings are activated and enabled on Woo Commerce Sticky, yet the button does not display on a desktop, nor does it display on a mobile phone. DO i need to change my version of Word press? I am using V4.8.4.
