Hello @vscimeca
Thank you for choosing our plugin.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
There is a cache issue on your website. A cache plugin or a performance related plugin causes this issue on your website. Please check the tips below.
First, ensure you have the latest version of free and pro plugins.
To enable pro version updates, refer to the plugin settings – enable updates tab and enter your license key then save settings. After referring to the plugins update page click on the “Check for updates” link of the plugin and update it.There seems to be a cache issue on your website. To address this, consider disabling the cache temporarily and retrying the action. The plugin relies on the WP Rest API to fetch popup products, so it’s important to ensure that your cache plugin does not cache the Rest API request.
Add the below files to the cache excludes, in case you need further assistance please contact your cache plugin support.

If the previous suggestion doesn’t resolve the issue, there might be a conflict on your website triggering this problem. To troubleshoot, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and the Product Bundle plugin. Test the functionality; if it works correctly, reactivate the plugins one by one to pinpoint the one causing the issue.
I hope it helps.
Best regards
Hi Emily,
Thank you for your detailed response.
I’ve followed your recommendations and fully disabled WP Rocket and Perfmatters, then cleared all caches. Unfortunately, the issue on the product page is still occurring even with caching completely turned off.
Since the problem persists without any caching or performance plugins active, it appears this may not be cache-related.
Could you please advise on the next steps? I’m happy to provide further details, screenshots, or error logs if needed.
Thank you for your assistance.
When I deactivate Elementor Pro, the plugin works fine, but I don’t understand how that’s going to work for me in the long run, because I need Elementor Pro.

Hi Emily,
Thank you for your response.
I’ve fully disabled WP Rocket and Perfmatters and cleared all caches. The issue still persists even with all caching and performance plugins completely turned off.
Since no cache or optimization features are currently active, it appears the JavaScript dependency issue may not be related to caching.
Could you please clarify specifically which dependency is failing? If helpful, I can provide console error logs from the browser to assist with troubleshooting.
I’d appreciate further investigation, as the problem remains even in a non-cached environment.
Thank you,
-

what are you guys talking about? its not that complicated from my standpoint here. Whenever I deactivate elementor Pro – Your plugin, I purchased works. But when I have it activated your plugin doesn’t work. Show me or explain to me how to make it work while running both your plugin and elementor Pro
It is not related to the Elementor PRO and we already tested the plugin with Elementor and it is in use on all of our customers website.
Please contact us here for the PRO version question for further investigation.

Please send us temporary access to your staging website or your website to let us check it out. The staging website is recommended because we have to debug on it. The access should be admin access so we are able to deactivate and activate the plugins.
If you don’t have a staging site, you can create one with this plugin and follow its tutorial here.
Regards
