Plug-In doesn’t show Menu options

I’ve downloaded the Plug-in in an already running WordPress website (created with Elementor Pro) but the Menu options don’t show. It only shows ‘get-pro’.
– I’ve already tried to re-install the plug in
– Deactivated all my other Plug-ins – checked – and activated them again one by one
– Cleared the Cache

I’ve reached out to the support and they wanted to have my WP password. I’m accessing my WP Site through Elementor which has my payment details and address which is why I won’t just give out my password and log in data.

I appreaciate any help!
