    Hello,

    We are working with this plugin and are having some issues that we are unable to troubleshoot by ourselves. Issue one is that if I choose “disable”, the placeholder still remains enabled on the site – even after waiting a while. Issue two is that when enabled, none of our global changes are showing. There is a photo and about a paragraph of text that shows in preview mode but not actually when visiting the site itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello, yes I can see the correct page if I checked your CMP preview which is weird.

    My best guess is you are using some caching plugin so you can try to disable it or flush the cache.

    Thank you – I had done that and was still getting stuck but it looks like it’s just fine now. Thank you!
