Plug in stopped working

I was using your plugin and it worked great. It’s been awhile since I used it and was attempting to use it again from the WP profile edit page. I clicked on your button and nothing happened. I reloaded the page and did it again and got the same results. I looked to see if there was a new release but there wasn’t. I’m not sure why it won’t respond. Got any recommendations?
