I just did an update. What specifically wasn’t working for you?
I had a custom log in form added to the blank sheet. Sometimes the log in keeps failing, im not sure what is the cause but to corner possibilities to permanently fix it.

I would be surprised if my plugin is the culprit. My only affects the template by no including get_header(); and no including get_footer();.
The plugin is including some type of functionality in get_header(), it should be moved to a proper place in the init process of WordPress.
