Plug-ins not uploading

    Hi,
    When loading plu-ins into my local server for testing, some plug-ins load and install successfully but some, including GRAND Flash Album Gallery give the following error:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to C:\wamp\www/wp-content/uploads/2011/10.

    Any suggestions as to what could be causing this ?
