Plug visibility

Hello, I have installed your plugin in both a multi-site network and individual site and I am unable to find the plugin menu in the admin. The settings tab is visible on the plugin page and this takes me to the Woocommerce setting page – but no PDF tab visible, so impossible to configurate.
Can you help please?
