    No, we already have the pro, and we dont have installed another plugging,

    ah got it, could you please create a support ticket at smartforms.uservoice.com as i can’t give support to pro users here?. Also please include a link to a page that is using the form so i can check why it is not showing up.

    I had the same problem and it was due to WP Fastest Cache causing an error when it combined javascript.
