plugin to cross-check data while registering

I’m looking for a WordPress plugin which is able to cross-check a user data while he/she register an account.
I need to add a separate column while registering which asks for a certain code.
I will be having an excel sheet with certain codes. And I need a plugin to cross-check that column data with my Excel sheet.

Is there any plugin there which meets these requirements.
