[Plugin: 404 Redirected] Rewrite certain url patterns?

My site changed from using index.php/article title to URLs with just the postname and no “index.php”. Is there a way to write a manual redirect that will recognize this pattern and just strip the “index.php” to send users on their way to the proper page?
