    Unfortunetly you cannot lock more then one parent page with the current version. Keep in mind, however, that all child pages of the parent page are also blocked, so you can block an unlimited number, so long as they are children of the locked page. You can modify this by hacking the abpr_is_members_page() function.

    Regarding the logout redirect, check the codex for wp_logout_url()
